We had a customer wait over two hours for a background check to go through, this is unacceptable and uncalled for, there is absolutely no reason for this, when the guy got on the line I told him that waiting for over two hours is unacceptable, he got pissy and asked me my name lol. Jeff Baronski asshole now what’s the approval number. This shouldn’t be like this.

Are Gun shops essential? Besides food and shelter do people have the right to protect themselves? I think many shops will stay open as long as the PICS system is up and running. Stay safe and keep a cool head.
