Applying on the legs for my post-workout recovery this evening! but better yet! Check out this INCREDIBLE healing testimony! I was referred to Dr. Sonja's practice by a mutual friend. I signed up for the BEMER therapy to help with tingling in my feet, not realizing the other total body benefits I would receive. I do blood work monthly to help regulate medications, I was totally surprised to see my blood work results after 30 days of receiving BEMER treatments. T...he increased circulation that occurred from the BEMER treatments reduced the tingling in my feet and produced very positive test results on multiple organs, bringing blood results down significantly. I am an advocate for this therapy, and will continue regular treatments. Paul K. Say WHAT?! Lab numbers normalized! Come check it out yourself! First visit is FREE! We can’t wait to hear YOUR testimony! CLICK HERE NOW! Only 2 weeks left! https://bemer.lifestylechiro.online/Bemer-Special-Offer-Sep

I’ve been hooked on the song Spirit Lead Me by Michael Ketterer lately. In this season, I continue to lean not on my own understanding but on His. it’s clear and apparent these days that the destruction and dividing of people is here to take from us, it really is the invisible enemy that is a thief of our joy, our unity, our love and respect for each other. I’ve been reminded time and again during this year, that we aren’t called to walk in darkness, but in light, and that it’s from an abundant source of love and forgiveness. feeling so blessed this morning, that we are able to live abundantly, no matter the storms that rage around us

Today the office was closed. I took a self-care day. It was long, I was up at 3am, traveling, still traveling. But what I gained! What fellowship, what beauty! And inspiration! I encourage you to find the things your soul loves. And MAKE time to DO those things. ... #freshcutflowers & #gardens hold a dear place in my heart because of my families history. It’s part of the legacy my grandmothers and opa passed down. it felt like my grandma, oma & opa were with me today; all day I saw them, felt them and desired their presence so they could experience it with me. loss and distance have been known to strike me hard; but with an upbringing of always waving goodbye to thousands of miles between loved ones, you tend to grow a callus towards it. today’s gardens, greenhouses, plants, flowers, nature, and all the tender hands that have spent countless hours bringing these seeds to fruit, brought me joy, perspective and a heart-feeling of getting back to my roots. (if you know me at all, I’ve got what feels like, shallow roots in numerous places; I’ve always been a transplant, never lived in a home longer than 6 years, I call home, where I live right now, not where I’m from. I’m not complaining, every upbringing has it’s pros and cons) but! Today reminded me that my roots aren’t necessarily a place, it’s my families legacy, it’s what’s been passed down, its what my heart longs to carry on, it’s things that can’t die with me, they keep living bc of us So grateful. Thank you God for this beautiful lesson in roots today. (& how appropriate, at a nursery) @ Piney Creek Greenhouse See more

Rise. Early mornings have grown (and by ‘grown’ - I mean years of fighting the snooze or the mind, just get up but it’s so comfy, and warm, and [blah blah blah]), to be my most favorite part of the day. I long for that time now. It’s so fresh; so new. Nothing compares to the morning sun. I look forward to going to sleep, so I can wake and experience that peace again. what fills your cup? What makes your breath slow down? and are those things; those things t...hat makes us happy, bring us joy and create a healthier life and well-being; are they part of your #dailyliferoutine ? Does it align with what you value? ->this season has me digging into these questions about my values and routine and how I spend my time. so! Why not make time in your favorite part of the day, to do something FOR yourself; even if you just stop to take a breath, breathe with #intention . ...in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.
