Go again and again And again and again and again and again and again and again.... Another words don’t stop.

As I was reading a morning devotional from my Jesus Calling devotional book (Thank you to a Dear Friend who shared this book with me) I was highly reminded of the days and nights that I was so alone in my walk with my Loved Ones Addiction. Though I was not in a sick bed or actual prison cell, I felt like my mind was imprisoned with the countless tormenting thoughts of What IF???? About my Loved One. The days and nights of Panic Attacks and Anxiety that I thought would ne...ver go away. But I’m here to share with you that I’ve survived. NOT by my strength, but by my Precious Heavenly Father whom was with me. He was there when I literally could not get off the floor. He was there when I was woken with Fear in the middle of the night..He was there when I received the countless phone calls of the next horrific adventure that addiction was taking my Loved One on. He was there when All My efforts to help failed. But in the midst of each horrific adventure God would tell me to hold on... Get in His word. Hang onto countless Scriptures and don’t ever let go. I pressed in. Though it was extremely hard to focus. I read His word, I sought His Face and I’m here to tell you that with each adventure, my burden and panic and fear got lighter. Not because the nightmare got lighter but because My Heavenly Father continues to take the yolk upon Himself and lighten my heart. The enemy wants us to give up. If we do he gains ground. Don’t ever give up no matter what! God has a plan and a purpose for you. Many Blessings to all!
