This week, we read a poem from famed writer Rudyard Kipling. Equality among the workmen and honor for all are themes that wind through it. Then, we’ll take you ...from the meeting room where the Statue of Liberty was first mentioned as a casual idea and follow it through its construction as it’s built in the streets of Paris.Bronze towering over the city..before being dismantled loaded and delivered to the United States of America and finally unveiled to the worldthe face of Liberty - unmasked. Brethren, I just want to remind you all that our lodge officers and the brothers are very concerned about the effects of this terrible virus and how it affects our members. The worshipful Master wants you all to know that the brothers are here for you to help in any capacity that can be done safely. especially for our elderly brethren. Should you be in this category and are in need of assistance such as going to the food market, pharmacy or any other life sustaining chore, pl...ease don't hesitate to contact our secretary Barry or myself to request such help. Barry's number is 215-512-1111. My number is 215-805-2527. Please follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC If you feel sick, stay in the house don't go anywhere and contact your Doctor immediately. If your children are sick, keep them in the house, do not send them outside and contact their doctor. If someone in your household tests positive for the virus, keep the entire household at home. If you are an older person, stay home and away from other people. If you are a person with underlying health problems or a compromised immune system, definitely stay in your home. And most definitely wash your hands with an antibacterial soap as often as possible, especially after touching someone or something from outside your home, like mail, packages or deliveries of any kind. Follow these guidelines and we can cut this outbreak down tremendously and hopefully get back to our normal lives very soon. As I mentioned, Should you be in need of any assistance please don't wait, give us a call ASAP brothers. Stay home, enjoy your family, finish some home projects, study your masonic obligations for further advancement or what ever it takes to get you through this unsettling time. Meanwhile rest assured our brothers are here for you should you need them. May God watch over you and your loved ones and keep you safe and healthy till this is over, and in the future. See more

From the RWGM... To the Officers and Members of All Blue Lodges: Due to ongoing concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, effective immediately and until further notice, I am directing any and all lodge activities be canceled, including, but not limited to: extra, special and/or stated lodge meetings; social functions; schools of instruction, etc., as well as youth group and community meetings/events that may be scheduled in your lodge building. Lodge officers may pay lodge bills... in the ordinary course without lodge approval. This will be in effect until the end of April, by which time we will evaluate the situation and provide additional guidance as needed. While it may be disappointing to cancel events, these measures are being taken out of an abundance of caution to safeguard the well-being of our brethren, their loved ones and our communities. I also want you to be aware, that public tours of the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia have been canceled until further notice. In addition, while we are not aware of any cases at any of our Masonic Villages, we are canceling public events and limiting activities at all of our campuses, as well as screening visitors to our health care facilities. Similarly, while we do not know of any cases within any of our Masonic youth groups, the Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation is suspending all youth group activities and sponsored events at our Masonic Conference Center-Patton Campus until further notice. Sincerely and Fraternally, Thomas Gamon, IV R.W. Grand Master
