SPC Biggs enlisted today as a 09S (Officer Canidate) upon basic training SPC Biggs will attend Office Canidate School where after he will commission as a PA Army National Guard Officer - SPC Biggs Currently has a Bachelor's degree from George Washington University in Foreign Affairs. He plans to continue his education at Johns Hopkins University where he will earn a Master's in Intelligent Analysis.... - SPC Biggs has achieved so much already, and will continue to accomplish great achievements.
