Hello Lou Bird's neighbors and friends! We are so happy to announce that Rachel Olivo will again be singing for us this Thursday night Oct 1st starting at 6:30 If you have not heard her sing you are in for a real treat. While we know she will be leaving for Nashville soon, we are trying to get her to stay for a few more weeks before she fines fame and fortune! Please make your reservations soon so you can get an upfront seat!

Good afternoon! Just a quick update as to what we are doing at Lou Bird's! We now have two beautiful custom made tents for those rainy days covering our streetery dining lane and have added another TV in the back window so that more of you can watch our sad IGGLES and any other sporting event we wish. Tomorrow night we will be hosting a Presidential debate party. Please call for reservations to get a seat right up front! Hope to see you all at "the Bird" soon!

Hello friends and neighbors! We just received great news from the Streets Dept of Phila! We have been approved to shut down 20th St between South and Lombard Streets next Friday, Sept 11th from 4pm-10pm for another Lobster Night Dinner in the street! As before we will have two seatings, one at 6 pm and one at 8 pm. Good morning. Looks like a bit of a rainy morning but an absolutely beautiful evening. Here are a few things that are going on at Lou Bird's this weekend. 1. Brunch is back! Starting today we will be serving our delicious "Philly Top 10" brunch items. Please look at our menu at Loubirds.net 2. We have turned Open Table back on. It caught us off guard slightly last night as many of our loyal customers showed up as usual as walk ins and we had a full house of reservations. Thankfully everyone was eventually seated.Thanks so much for your patience! 3. The new flat screen TV in the window has been a hit! Sadly no Sixers but at 1:15 the Fightin' Phils are on and at 7:05 the Flyers battle the Islanders. They also play again tomorrow at 8:00 pm. Hope to see you all at the the "Bird" very soon!

For you Flyer fans. Lou Bird's recently purchased a beautiful flat screen that is now in the window facing 20th St. Today we will have the big Flyers playoff game against the Islanders on at 3pm. All draft beers will 6 bucks during the game! Go Fly boys and hope to see you there!
