It's official! Winter is on it's way.That means the end of our season. Lou's Concessions would like to take this time and thank everyone who has come out to support us. Thank you to our faithful customers both new and old ,everyone who liked & shared our posts, the people who took pictures and posted them, our friends and family who all went above and beyond this year! A very special thank you to Duryea Police Department, Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea American Legion Po...st 585, and Duryea Betterment Committee. Also we would like to express how grateful we are to have the support of Our Community. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Our season would not have been a success without each and everyone of you. Happy Halloween Today Lou's Concessions will be in Shamokin from 11am-4pm. If you haven't tried our Pumpkin Funnel Cakes yet what are you waiting for? A traditionalist? We have the old fashioned Regular Funnel Cakes and Deep Fried Oreos also. See you in Shamokin!

Looking forward to a fun weekend ahead! Our home town Duryea will be buzzing with festive activities. To kick it off Komensky's Market located on Main St will be celebrating 100years and is open 10am-2pm get your Kielbasi and Raffle tickets they will go quick. Then a few blocks down Lou's Concessions will be located in the Parking lot of Duryea American Legion and Family Prescription from 11am until 8pm. Yes we have Funnel Cakes!! And from 4pm- 8pm the Halloween Festivities b...egin Both the Legion and Lou's will be handing out candy to the children. Sunday The Legion Kitchen is serving a pre order Polish Platter 12-5 with Lou's Concessions serving all the Funnel Cakes and Oreos you can eat 11am-6pm! Don't forget to try a Pumpkin Cream cheese or Eclair Funnel Cake! If you live in Highland Hills Saturday is your lucky night. We will be there for the Halloween Festivities 4pm-dusk.
