We've been busy at the Trout project :)

Would you buy this house if it looked like picture #2? one of the key ingredients in the beginning phase of any project is vision. Imagine walking into a house filled with poo (yep, unclear if it was human or animals) on the floor, stray cats, and the most intense odor you’ve ever experienced...while trying to plan a bathroom design. That’s how some of the renovation projects for severely dilapidated homes typically go. Once we made it out alive with measurements, things like placement of plumbing, tile selections and locations, mixing metals, and final details come together. The most interesting part, someone lived here when we first saw it. @ Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
