Merry Christmas! I know it's not going to be the easiest day for a lot of us, but I am thinking of you. You're not alone.

Regarding Snowy Weather! To our valued clients and families: As the first predicted snow storm approaches our region for the season, we wanted to take a moment to review our policy for winter weather. In a typical year, when it snows, we ask each client to evaluate the road conditions where they are and where they need to travel through. We do not charge a late cancellation fee to due winter weather if the client feels unsafe to travel, but we do ask for as much notice as p...ossible so our clinicians can adjust their schedules, if possible. If your clinician cannot travel to the office, we will also give you as much notice as possible by email and a follow-up by phone if needed. If our office needs to close, we will also communicate that to all of our clients scheduled that day by email (with phone follow up) and post the message to our Facebook page. This year is different in many ways, but we also recognize that severe winter weather can cause disruptions as well. Schedules can change and power/communications can be disrupted. Similarly, if a storm affects your ability to attend a telehealth appointment, please call our front desk (484-268-2399, option 2) or email us at [email protected]. We will not charge fees for late cancellations due to winter storms, but a no-show will still be charged a missed appointment fee. If there is a power outage or some other reason you could not notify us, we of course would understand this. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out.
