A little look back at Christmas dinner! We took a Country Store Sliced and Tied Boneless ham and experimented in the Instant Pot! 13 Minutes, High Pressure with about a half cup of water in the bottom! Perfection! ... What really took the cake for the weekend was the Whole Iowa Premium Choice Tenderloin! We floated it with the Sous Vide for 2 hrs at 138 and the finished it in at 500 on the grill, 5 min each side ... #2Legit
