We’ve been receiving requests to tour Magnolia Manor and secure an event date ASAP. Below are some upcoming available weekend tour slots remaining. DM to reserve one of these times or check other dates availability!

The seating charts and place cards at our weddings have been unique and creative!! It’s fun to see the theme of each celebration connect in the details. Couples put so much effort into selecting the perfect location for each guest. Seeing that work transfer to a memorable display of beauty is a worthy reward.

THANK YOU to the community who came together to donate to Speranza (and New Hope) at the Craft/Vendor event in Sunday. Carlee and I were the lucky ones who go to drop things off, but it was YOU ALL who made it possible!!!

It has been fun to watch the Christmas engagement posts!! There are some super creative proposals happening and each one is perfectly unique to the couple. The day after Christmas, we already received requests for our venue love the excitement and energy to start planning immediately!! (Actually, knowing many venues had 2020 brides push dates to 2021, they wanted to snag availability ASAP). We are grateful to be booked so much in 2020 with only being open a few months, but also thankful that being new has meant we are not filled with rescheduled events from 2020, so we are able to accommodate some newly engaged couples too! YEAH!! Next up, New Years engagements... Bring on the celebrations of LOVE

My . She loves to hear about every showing, every booking and every wedding or event at Magnolia Manor. You might not have met her, but she looks at every wedding photo on my phone, ooo’s & aaah’s over all the flowers, dog-maids/men and dresses. Secretly she hope’s to taste the catering and cake if there are any leftovers. And she’s genuinely excited for every couple, wishing a perfect day for their celebration. Today’s her day to celebrate, albeit without the party. So this mama will be offline most of today to spend quality time with my birthday girl. I’ll respond to inquiries/emails/voicemails tomorrow. What an AMAZING day!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! This community showed up in full force to collect donations for New Hope and Speranza! We can do amazing things when we pull TOGETHER!! We hope you all enjoyed visiting Magnolia Manor today for shopping, eating and taking in the awesome Holiday tunes provided by South Mountain Entertainment- oh and a little tad of coffee drinking too, thanks to the BaR KarT!! Looking forward to spreading the holiday cheer dropping off the donations this week!! My heart is warm!!

One of our AWESOME vendors, The BarKarT, is amping up the challenge to collect donations for our two charities on Sunday. Let there be cake!! We are back in full swing of showings and bookings at Magnolia Manor... which means soon there will be cake. Bring. It. ON. 2021!!

Many are thrilled to see 2020 in the rear view mirror. I get it, really I do. But for as much negative that took place, there are also so many beautiful things that happened for which I am grateful. Rather than lament over what could have been, I celebrate what was, what is, and what is to come! Back when the situation presented itself, it meant using everything to buy the property, shift the barn to commercial zoning and incorporate it into a formal business building on ...John’s initial dream. There was no pandemic on the horizon and it seemed like a reasonable risk. Fast forward, we had to push through SO many unexpected curveballs. After 2 years of hard work, determination and lots of renovations, Magnolia Manor officially opened the doors this September and we immediately jumped into a fall filled with weddings! YEAH! So many new friends were made, love was celebrated and Magnolia Manor was a tiny part of many people’s precious celebrations. We learned a lot. Walking into this, even having significant business and wedding experience, there is so much you just have to figure out as you go. With each experience, we became stronger. We’ve made many new connections this year too. The vendor community is AMAZING. It’s people working together, supporting one another and cheering each other on. To give back, we held two different free vendor events, one for the wedding community and one for the craft/small business community. With the help of all these people, we raised funds and collected donations for two very worthy local charities. People helping people using whatever resources they’ve been blessed with. It’s that simple. Everything happens for a reason. We are thankful for a great start in 2020 and a bright future! 2021 is already booked with so many weddings and we look forward to more that will come. I’m closing out 2020 and stepping into 2021 with gratitude. THANK YOU for supporting me (John too!) and Magnolia Manor in 2020 and here’s to more amazing adventures in 2021!! CHEERS!! Magnolia Manor was able to provide the perfect fall backdrop for this wedding. The wedding party is already gorgeous but OH THAT TREE and THOSE LEAVES!! They could not have been any more beautiful that day... Shiver me timbers!!! We are super excited for our Oct 31, 2021 bride. A year from today we’ll get to see her vision come to life.... It is going to be an epic celebration!!!! We’re off to brush up on our pirate speak, Aarrr Maties!! (PS: There really is an online Pirate dictionary)

A HUGE shout out goes to this grooms dad!! Wish we had a better photo to give him the props he deserves. John was injured last week trailing a buck. This hunting family was so understanding and supportive as John was not able to help me work their wedding due to his broken ribs. This AMAZING man came back on Sunday (a rare day off from his work) to search on his own while John was down. His kindness and character was on display when no one was looking. THANK YOU, Mr. Halbleib for giving of your time and energy!! (PS: John is convinced the story about this buck isn’t over.... so stay tuned... hopefully it will have a fairytale ending good enough to make it on Cody’s podcast. LOL)

These moms are FANTASTIC!! Not only do they look gorgeous in their gowns (and match the color story flawlessly), they contributed so much effort to help pull off a magical day for their children. Jess and Cody are blessed to have found each other but also to have such a foundation of family love behind them.

Life can get overwhelming, as our busy schedules keep us on our toes. Sometimes we forget that we need to intentionally slow down, take a deep breath, and remind ourselves of our purpose, the very foundation of why we do what we do. - J. Smith I love working hard. I love helping brides feel amazing on their wedding day. I also love listening to my girl dream about her future, play dress up and capture precious moments of her youth!! Yep, I know why I do what I do.
