Appleby Manor Memorial Presbyterian Church

Merry Christmas Eve! We’ll have two in-person Christmas Eve services at Appleby Manor today to accommodate smaller groups one at 4 pm and one at 9 pm. Please follow social distancing guidelines and wear your mask. The service is also posted online at : https://youtu.be/FRjIYK8fqWM. Beyond today, all in-person services are cancelled through January 17th.

Service on Sunday, October 4 will be indoors at 11 am. We had good turnout for our outdoor worship this summer, but with weather turning colder, it is time for us to move back into the sanctuary. Please remember to wear your mask, but we’ll also have extras available at the door. Most of the pews are blocked off, and we will be social distancing. We will still be posting recordings of the service on YouTube. If you know of someone who does not have access to a computer and would like to read the weekly sermons, please send us a message on here or contact the church office.

Due to the threat of rain in person services outside of Appleby Manor are cancelled this morning. We will post a virtual version of today’s services.

Has it been a few weeks, months, or years since you’ve been to Appleby Manor? Our current lives are full of new (or renewed!) routines, and we’d love to have you join for outdoor worship this Sunday! We’ve been meeting in the lower parking lot of Appleby Manor, under the shade of trees, every Sunday at 10:30 am. Bring a lawn chair or feel free to sit in your car. It’s been a nice way to join together and study the gospel while respecting the need to stay socially distanced. P...reacher Martin Neal has also been using an amplifier system, so sound should not be a problem. If there is ever rain on Sunday morning, we will move service indoors, with masks and most pews blocked off.
