All 5 lots could be purchased together for $549,900. About $40,000 below individual prices. 4. Every lot has driveway to Parks road, a municipal road that is plowed and paved. 5. Electric runs along the road and to each driveway. 6. It takes approx 5 to 7 minutes to get to 7 Points Marina Ranger Station and the same to get to 522, downtown Huntingdon. 7. The trail to the waters edge is about 150 to 200 yards from the lots. As you walk out of your driveway you would walk down Parks road and down the kayak trail to the waters edge. 8.
