I am SO happy to be home... HOME SWEET HOME! After 3 weeks away, being in a hotel in the midst of the quickly evolving pandemic panic, as vacation became more and more "we just need to get through this, day by day," my wonderful husband abandoned his plans to drive further to go visit his brother and instead the two of us walked away from my reserved flight home, and drove 18 hours through the night to get home. Now we are holed up in our own home, with the ability to finally... COOK for ourselves(!) - - a joy after experiencing ALL local restaurants suddenly closing their doors except for take-out - we are so tired of take-out in our hotel room and on park benches! Not complaining though, through it all we were and are so aware of our many blessings. Hope all of you, my beloved friends, family, clients and colleagues, and everyone else too, are safe and staying healthy. We WILL get through this! See more

Hard to believe it's November already! Happy month of giving Thanks - grateful for our many blessings! :)

Ahh summer - so much to do and so little time! Love it!! Hoping the weather breaks soon though - this humidity is too much! Cooler weather would be greatly appreciated!
