To all of you who are guardians of adult-incapacitated persons, June 1, 2019, marks some changes in the legal requirements. The Guardianship Tracking System, or GTS, will be implemented for filing reports and inventories on all guardianships in PA. Online filing will be required using new forms, as well as, documentation of completed training requirements and background checks.
