Just a reminder that Marywood University undergraduate housing (Loughran Hall, Regina Hall, Madonna Hall, and Woodland Residences 1-6, 10-32) will close on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. for Spring Break and will re-open on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 10 a.m. Students requesting to stay during Spring Break must complete the Spring Break On-Campus Housing Application by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2018 for applications to be considered.

Marywood University undergraduate housing (Loughran Hall, Regina Hall, Madonna Hall, and Woodland Residences 1-6, 11-32) will close on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10 a.m. for Winter Break. Undergraduate University housing will re-open on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 10 a.m. Students requesting to stay during Winter Break must complete the Winter Break On-Campus Housing Application by Friday, December 8, 2017 in order to be considered. All residential students, with the exception of the graduate students residing in Woodland Residences 7, 9, 33-36, must vacate the halls during the time period that the University is closed, December 23, 2017 January 1, 2018.

We apologize for the error in our last post. For Thanksgiving Break, undergraduate residence halls will close on Wednesday, November 22nd at 10 am and reopen on Sunday, November 26th at 10 am. Please contact us with any questions. Thank you and we hope that you all have a nice Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Break is right around the corner! Undergraduate Residence Halls will close at 10 am on Wednesday, November 22nd and reopen at 10 am on Sunday, November 26. Students are not permitted to reenter the halls prior to 10 am on Nov. 26th unless they are approved to stay. Fall Break for both undergraduate and graduate students will occur on Monday, October 16th and Tuesday, October 17th. University housing and administrative offices will remain open during the Fall Break period.

The Housing and Residence Life office has moved! We are now located on the 2nd floor of the Liberal Arts Center, Room 227!

Welcome Back students! Just a reminder for any resident students interested in changing their meal plan. The deadline for changing your meal plan for the Fall semester is Midnight on September 8th. Please email us at [email protected] from your Marywood email address if you are interested in changing your meal plan.

Almost time for move-in day! As a reminder, first-year students move-in on Saturday, August 26th from 8 AM to 1 PM and returning students move-in Sunday, August 27th from 10 AM to 4 PM. Please refer to your Fall placement emails for specific check-in instructions! See you all soon!

All placement letters have been emailed out at this point to students' Marywood emails. Please contact our office with any questions.

The Housing and Residence Life office will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen at 8:30 am on Wednesday, July 5th.

Attention Residents! The undergraduate residence halls will close for Easter Break on Thursday, April 13th at 10 am and reopen Monday, April 17th at 10 am. Requests to remain on campus during this time will need to be approved via the Easter Break housing request form which can be located on our website: http://www.marywood.edu/residencelife/. Today is the last day to fill out this form.

For current resident students: Not sure where you want to live for the 2017-2018 academic year? Then, come to our Upperclassmen Residence Hall Open House! We will be showing rooms in Madonna, Regina, and the Woodland Residences, so that you will have a better idea of what room you want when you attend Room Selection. The open house will be held April 11th from 8-10 PM. More information will be sent to all current resident students via their Marywood email.
