We don’t hear a lot of positive information from the mainstream media or health experts on how to boost immunity. I have been a long time advocate of taking measures to ensure my immunity even before all this pandemic stuff. Thought I’d share some of the things I take which help me feel more fortified. We’ve got this! . And please share what you have been doing or other remedies that have been helping you feel fortified!! 1. We are such complex beings. That sometimes we feel so overwhelmed with our own input, the world’s input, and the close ones around us. Our hearts and heads feel full. Full of entanglements. Some big, some small as they accumulate. When I arrive here I realize it’s all too much and I need to surrender. I let go of managing it all and begin to say, I cannot fix it. I am scarred and doing the best I can in this moment. This vulnerability allows me to sink deeper into the momen...t. I see how my willingness to let go and surrender opens up this moment even more where I feel Connection to my heart essence, vulnerability and the preciousness of life. I realize I’ve been here so many times before with a different face and different loved ones occupying my mental and heart spaces. I then have more compassion for the ancient one I used to be and all she has experienced. Life is this gorgeous river of time and no time. Our heart’s essence brings the peace our minds strive for. All this striving is seen as life’s movements without enough compassion.
