This past Saturday we had the privilege of hosting our first ever marathon league at #mazhuaxes. For those who don’t know what a marathon league is; its 8 weeks of axe throwing in one day. A big thank you to the 21 throwers and the local throwers who came to help run the league. Ultimately there were only 2 standing at the end. #lumberjaxes own Brandon and Mark who came in first and second respectively. Congratulations fellas!! You guys were throwing fire! Come join us next Friday 4/23 for a Mazhu Mixer! We know a lot of people are going to be coming in from out of town for our Marathon League on Saturday and with Covid restrictions, people are limited on what they can do. So we figure what better than we all hang out together where there is plenty of space. $45 a person come to Mazhu and check us out from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. We will have Pizza and Wings, all you can throw (if you want to just practice or we are going to play some skills games), and just socialize with other axe throwers. We are a BYO facility so you will need to bring you own drinks (Beer and Wine). Everyone is welcome not just Marathon League participants. Please RSVP so we can arrange enough food and pay at the door.

Mazhu Main Event! This week's main event will be 2 Mazhu leaguers. Siggy who's been with us since we opened and The Big Empanada who's won a League Championship Belt at Mazhu. This week's Mazhu Main event. Two guys that just started throwing in our Novice League last season... now they are throwing . Throwdo Baggins vs Slice. Same deal pick a winner we will randomly pick 3 correct picks. This week winner gets a Mazhu Axes Mask. (We apologize that we haven't sent out the tee shirts from the last picks yet. We were forced to close most of last week because of the situations going on in Philly. I promise We will have it out this weekend)

Tonight, we will be live-streaming 2 games. Spicy Tuna vs Grill and Cadieux vs The Dark Lord. Make your picks and watch the matches tonight to have a chance to WIN!! Thrilla in Mazhuilla Owner vs Owner Tomorrow Oct 9th at Mazhu at 7PM we are going to have the Match to settle which owner is better. Binu and Toby will play a best of 5 match live streamed. Normal playoff rules with Big Axe to tie break each round (straight to points). Winner will be claimed worlds best Axe Throwing Owner!!!... Pick your winner!! With Binu having the better overall Avg he has the better odds to win. That being said, comment below who you think is going to Win the match and you win! Anyone that comments on this post and picks correctly wins a discount the next time you come in to throw Axes. If you pick Binu and win you will receive a 15% discount the next time you come in. At Mazhu Axes each station is sanitized before and after every session. You get you own personal party area which includes Axes, iPad, tables, stools, trash can and hand sanitizer. Your party will be between 10ft and 20ft from other parties. We want to make sure the adrenaline rush you get throwing axes is safe and comfortable. Hope to see you soon!
