Watermelon makes a great treat for koi! They might be slow to eat it when first introduced to it but once they try it, it will be their favorite snack. Just make sure to remove the rind after they’re finished eating.

It’s filter cleaning Monday! Want to know a secret I don’t tell people... prewash your filters in a large bucket. Use that nasty water for your land plants. They’ll LOVE it and grow like weeds. You’re welcome!
