A little message from my friend Nicole Rodriguez about the posture therapy she offers. It has been helping me tremendously & she can do it via video chat platforms. I highly recommend it. https://photos.app.goo.gl/zopFdkzQSsCXJ6V97

SERVICE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE Hello. I hope you are all taking good care to keep yourselves healthy and safe. As per the order to shut down all nonessential businesses for another 30 days, I will be suspending service until further notice. This is a painful decision to make for many reasons but ultimately I feel it is my duty to follow the advice of the health experts and to not put any of my clients or myself at risk. This is certainly an unusual time for all ...of us and I know many people are afraid & stressed. My personal suggestion is to use this time to do some of the things that we all tend to say we don't have much time for. It's a great time to work on meditation practices - try Headspace, Calm or Insight Timer - 3 meditation apps with lots of different guided meditations. If you have kids, now is the perfect time to teach them about meditation - what better way to get a little peace & quiet! Also, there are lots of online yoga classes & I've heard many of our local yoga studios will be holding online classes through Zoom. Other things to do would be to catch up on all the podcasts you've wanted to check out or listen to some audio books. It's also a great time to catch up with people through FaceTime or Skype. Even though we're being encouraged to keep our distance from each other we can still be there for each other, talk to one another, stay connected & stay positive. The one thing I would highly recommend you NOT do is watch the news all day. This will only heighten stress & fear. Limit your exposure to the news to only once or twice a day just to check in on the latest. Use this time wisely - it could actually be a blessing in disguise if you let it. I wish you all well and I look forward to hopefully resuming business as usual in the near future.

This is a great interview that Kailee Scales, Managing Director of Black Lives Matter Global Network, has with Deepak Chopra about healing generational trauma, personal trauma & other stress. It is crucial for us to take the time to care for & heal our own consciousness if we want to make true & lasting positive change in the world.

Hello fb friends! I hope you are in good health & finding your way through the current changing tides of our reality. There is a lot happening that is affecting us all on many levels and I know it can feel really overwhelming at times. The shifts that are happening are important ones and I believe are reflective of a shift that is happening on a greater level of human consciousness. We are in a process of rising in frequency but in order for that to happen the denser energie...s that have been weighing us down for so long; fear, anger, oppression, aggression, discrimination, etc (all of which are really about fear) must be uprooted and ultimately transformed into higher consciousness. This is something we are all a part of and must do together. But it starts with yourself. It's a very important time to listen right now and by that I mean to listen at a very deep level. A cellular level. An energetic level. A spirit level. Listen deeply to your inner self & really give yourself the time to do that - quietly & without distraction. Ask yourself what you need in order to be in a state of wellness right now and to be serving your greatest good and really listen. And then honor what you hear, what you feel. You can also do this for others around you who need help or extra support right now. Sit quietly and allow yourself to go inward, focusing on your breath until you feel calm & relaxed and then ask yourself - what can I do to help those around me? (and be specific if there are specific people you are focusing on) And then really listen, not just with your ears like you're waiting for a voice to talk to you. Listen with your whole being and see what you feel. See what thoughts come to you & listen. We need to tune into each other now more than ever and really see and know how the choices we make for ourselves affect the whole of humanity. We also need to really SEE each other and that means beyond the outside layer & beyond the ego/personality aspect of each other. There is so much more beyond that in every human being & we need to start tuning into that aspect of ourselves & everyone around us in order to truly rise together. If we tune in to our deeper selves, our higher consciousness, and let that guide our choices we will be much more likely to make mindful choices in life that serve not only our own highest good but the highest good of all. See more
