Does everybody have their onion sets in the ground? Need a some tips, reminders or refreshers for keeping those babies growing healthy for the next couple months? There are a few pounds of yellow, white, globe/bottleneck, red and stuttgarts/keepers sets for you to weigh out by the pound and we also have plants available. The Kiwanis are selling 10 pound boxes of New Jersey Bloobs again! $28 due at pick up cash or check. Orders are due by June 15. You may give us your order here, call it in, we also have a order sheet in the store or thru the Kiwanis. We just need your name, phone and number of boxes. Pick up will be behind Agway on June 22nd 1-7pm. Also, I think it would be neat to share recipe and storage ideas for blueberries! If we have a decent amount, maybe we'll make another post dedicated to recipes!

We currently have 14 Pearl Guinea Keets, 14 Cuckoo Maran pullets (dark brown eggs), and 13 Old English bantams available! Both the Guineas and Old English are great little bug exterminators. Mind you, the Old English will be a little bit quieter and you'll reliably get small eggs. We're open until Noon Saturday and 7-5 during the week! By the end of this week there may be a couple extra Turkey poults available! I needed to order 10, 5 Bronze and 5 Bourbon Red aka Bourbon Butternuts (awwwww). At least 3 Bronze and 2 Butternuts are spoken for. If there is any interest in 1 or 2 of either breed, please let me know via message. Thursday 5/13 Update! Olive Eggers are SOLD OUT! Rhode Islands are sold!, 4 Standard and a few Bantam cochins! Modeling day for the Chicks of Mifflin Agway! Featuring the fabulous white Frizzle, a Lavender Standard Cochin, black Olive Egger pullet, Rhode Island Red pullet, black, maybe even barred Standard Cochin, Red bantam cochin and a few groupies! They are are looking for loving homes! The cochins are super love bugs and the Olive Eggers and Reds will be stupendous egg layers come fall. The Frizzles are already starting to Frizz. There are around 15 of these 1 month old "Old English Bantams" left and they need to go! Wonderful, easy pets/lawn ornaments/bug eaters.
