FACT Most people I know personally struggling with chronic pain said they waited so long to try massage therapy because of the cost. But after paying ridiculous amounts on specialist, Physical therapy etc they learned massage was actually RECOMMENDED by doctors and should absolutely be used in conjunction with other forms of treatment.
