A big CONGRATULATIONS to our Pittsburgh Survey Team! Michael Baker's innovative project with the Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority (PWSA) to locate and survey lead water lines won the 2020 Geospatial Excellence Award for Surveying/Field Data Collection.
Taking advantage of bluebird skies and perfect conditions to launch our 3rd-generation collection system. We’re fortunate to partner with clients that fully trust our teams to perform daytime collections without impacting their airfield operations.

From our family to yours; Wishing you a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

80 years ago this month an ambitious engineer from western Pennsylvania opened his namesake engineering and consulting firm from a single room in the Penn-Beaver Hotel in Rochester, PA. Today, Michael Baker International is comprised of over 3,000 talented professionals across nearly 100 Offices nationwide. Despite the challenges imposed by COVID-19, join us this month in celebrating our 80th Anniversary! Although we reflect on our past successes, we’re focused on the future and how we can challenge ourselves to Make a Difference for others.
