For the next two weeks, at Mojo Taco, we will have local Perry County free range , grass fed ground beef for all your menu items...I love when this farmer contacts me with his Angus beef..it is more nutritious and has better flavor and the cattle have one bad day in their entire lifetime (that's the farmers words)

Mojo friends, As meat prices increase weekly, I have had supply problems with choice Brisket, which is what I buy...prime level brisket is way too expensive...so, we have been running out of brisket during the last two weeks and wont have any today...I have a case of choice brisket ordered for next week, so hopefully it comes in...today, we have plenty of chicken, ground beef and pork carnitas....please be understanding while I work through these challenges to bring you the best food that I can at affordable prices...Joyce

When I was in Colorado this winter, my son brought home Hawaiian food one night. He gave me one of these drinks and told me he had fallen in love with it in Hawaii. I took one taste and felt the same and was determined, in that moment, to have it for my Mojo customers..this is a delightful non-carbonated nectar made from guava puree, passionfruit juice, orange juice and sugar..its made in Hawaii and now served at Mojo Taco...

Well friends, this is our last week for the season..I've enjoyed seeing your smiling faces, talking, laughing, serving your hungry appetites! Thankyou for supporting my little food truck business here at Mojo Taco...It was a year I will never forget...sorry for the hour long waits during the peak of the pandemic...I was just grateful to be able to stay open and give you a place to get out of the house, order food, talk to people..I sincerely appreciate your business and enjoy seeing you every time you come! Good morning everyone....last two weeks of the season are upon us here at Mojo Taco...tomorrow, Thursday, is our Thanksgiving Burrito (turkey, buttery potatoes, filling, turkey gravy, fresh off the cob corn, and homemade cranberry relish) We will be asking you if you want cranberry & sour cream..some do, some don't....next week we will be closed Thanksgiving day and then our final day of the season is Saturday, Nov 28...thankyou for helping to make this business happen..Joyce

Prettiest limes I've ever seen

My Pork Chile Verde actually came out Pork Chile Rojo because our gardens' Poblanos and Jalapenos turned red...I had my husband smoke them, so this batch of pork chile has a smoky flavor ...its also quite spicy!!
