Our outdoor seating is open and the sun is shining down on it. We're open until 8pm tonight, so stop by after the Steelers game for a beer! We'll also be open from 4-8 pm Monday... because, well, Mondays!
As we prepare for our soft opening this weekend, we will have limited capacity/seating available, masks are required when entering the taproom and food must be purchased with alcohol. Please be patient with us as we navigate a new business opening through the state's COVID-19 restrictions!
MORE BREW NEWS! This time, we're featured in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette! This story explains our soft opening this weekend before our full-time hours begin next weekend.
Great story about Mondays in The Almanac! We plan to offer a limited selection of beers during our soft opening this weekend and expect to open for full service next weekend!

How it started. ... How it's going. Our 10-gallon pilot system allowed us to test various recipes this year in order to prepare us for the larger 5-barrel system we're using in the brewery. We're getting liquid into the big tanks now, and the success of these first few batches will help to determine when we're able to open, which we hope will be very soon!
The taproom is the heart and soul of our brewery, and the new tap handles and bar countertops make it shine! We've passed all of our necessary inspections, allowing us to begin brewing soon. We hope to have an announcement in the coming days on when we will open!
Happy Sunday, everyone! We're enjoying our Tortured Soul juicy IPA while we work on the brewery this weekend.
The tanks are assembled (thanks to a little help from our friends) so we can begin brewing soon. We still need to pass inspections but they are scheduled and we should have an official opening date for you soon.
The tap system is installed and awaiting our beautiful handles made by woodworker Dick Garrett. He's created wooden tap handles for many breweries in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and we couldn't be happier with how he brought our "daily" concept to life!
Our Amber Ale glows atop the treated barnwood that will soon adorn the taproom.
The finishing touches are being made to our outdoor sign. We think it'll turn some heads on Route 19!
This is where it all begins! We made a road trip this afternoon to CNC Malt in northeastern Butler County to pick up grains that are locally grown and milled on location.
