Setting a cape home in Lakeville near Lake Wallenpaupak today.

Exciting to finally, after over 10 years and almost 100 homes later, to be starting the process of building our families own home. Ordering our modular home may still be 6 months to a year away, but it's great to just start and see a little progress. The good thing about waiting was that we got so many wonderful ideas from all our customers as we saw their dream homes take shape...so in that respect, all of our Montage Homes family has helped our family with our own. Thank you to all our customers for helping to make our family company a success, so that we can also one day have the experience of moving into a new Montage Mountain Home.

First set of Spring 2019.. Cape home set near Lake Winola. We will be finishing the second floor onsite to help maximize the use of the floor plan. First home we did using Superior Walls 10' option. Central Air, Granite Countertops, and many other features going in this home...including front porch and 2 car garage.

Been fighting the cold wind the last 2 days while digging a foundation for a new Cape Cod home near Dalton. The view is beautiful...

Finished a Ranch style home in Sprinbrook. Jim and Maureen were great to work with and there color selections turned out amazing. At Montage Homes we completely do our own kitchens and bathrooms to give each home a high quality custom finish. Cant wait to see this house with landscaping and lawn! NUANGOLA CHALET Just completed a modern style chalet on the lake. Cathedral ceiling w/ trapezoidal window pattern and wood accents highlight the interior construction. Who says modular homes are supposed to be simple and basic?
