Attended an event at Vault 634 with #ExecutiveForumoftheLehighValley this morning. We were treated to a delicious breakfast, beautiful setting, and an interesting update on The Waterfront project, which Moonstone has been working on for many years. Exciting to see Jaindl Enterprises doing so many great projects in Allentown, PA!

Attending a cyber security seminar this afternoon, hearing all the ways computer systems can be compromised. I may not sleep for weeks! Time to look into cyber insurance...? Today CREW Lehigh Valley PA hosted another great event at the Gateway at Greeway Park. This nearly complete building and attached parking deck at New & 3rd Sts. create a literal gateway over the Bethlehem Greenway, a linear park in southside Bethlehem. St. Luke’s and Lehigh are already here, and many restaurants are coming soon - can’t wait to dine here! Thanks to all who made this happen!

I’m at the Commercial Real Estate Outlook luncheon. Lots of CREW Lehigh Valley PA members here, including our own Cait English with Duke Realty Corporation, who is presenting an update on the Industrial sector.

This year I am President of CREW Lehigh Valley PA (CREW = Commercial Real Estate Women) so expect more posts about CREW! On Jan. 12 we had our first event of the year: a tour of Moravian College's new $23 million health and sciences building. The building allows Moravian to offer state of the art, realistic training for students entering health care. Thanks to our Programs Committee and to Moravian College for hosting!

National Brownfields Conference in Pittsburgh, PA, Dec. 2017. First time in Pittsburgh and so glad I went. What a cool city! This time around I focused on new topics like global policy on waste management and the logistics of container shipping from the Asian market. Learned a lot, ate a lot, and laughed a lot. Always a good conference.

Had an amazing night at the Fairmount Water Works with SWEP Philadelphia on November 8, 2017! Was there with my family and staff to receive the Touchstone Award. Such an honor to be among the women to receive this award, and the event was the best I've been to in ages - great venue, amazing food, wonderful chamber music, friendly photographer... just a great event overall. It was also fun to catch up with some friends and colleagues I hadn't seen in a long time. Love this group!!!
