Mallin and Nadel represented both seller Alterra Property Group and buyer Dalzell Capital Partners in the three-property deal. All 39 units had been completely rehabbed prior to the sale. IN THE NEWS: In 2014, Waverly Court at 412-26 S. 13th Street in Center City sold for $7 million to David Daniel of Bala Cynwyd. In just four years, Daniel expanded the multifamily property by more than doubling the number of units to 61, and he has just sold the apartment complex for $21 million to Dalzell Capital Partners.
