The COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, develop and change every day. With important meetings being cancelled for future dates, we wanted to respond with a cross platform solution, outside of your community website, and move forward with your property management solutions. Effective immediately MRH will start using ZOOM, a digital video conference service with many additional features that can be explained and explored with our clients. MRH is fully operational, ZOOM will help us all achieve success during these difficult times. E-mail your property manager today about your Zoom Conference Meeting. As always, and more than anything, we hope this message finds you safe and healthy.

As you are out and about getting some exercise in the neighborhood, please keep in mind that it has been clinically proven that you will not get Covid -19, if you smile and waive to a neighbor.

MRH Enterprise LLC wants to prepare for the potential outbreak of the COVID-19 in our area without over-reacting and trying to find the correct balance between necessity and hype. Some colleges have closed in the area and as I type, our children’s schools are practicing on-line classes in preparation of closures. There are changes on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis so we need to be prepared for the possibility of minor changes within your communities.... If you reside at a community with a clubhouse, you should prepare for the immediate closure of the clubhouse and cancellation of all activities, if needed. Please understand that your safety and the safety of our employees is paramount, so we are currently in preparation to allow for our employees to work from home without interruption of the services that we provide. If meetings are scheduled, the possibility of cancellations exists with short notice. We ask for understanding in that this would be for everyone’s safety. In some cases, video conferencing would be established instead of in person meetings. CDC Tips for Preventing Coronavirus 1. Avoid close contact (remember, at least six feet of distance) with people who are sick or are displaying symptoms like coughing and sneezing. 2. Refrain from touching your eyes, mouth, or nose as much as possible. 3. Wash and disinfect your hands thoroughly and often. Specifically, the CDC recommends washing your hands for at least 20 seconds, especially after using the bathroom, being in a public place, before eating, and after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose. 4. Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are touched often. 5. Stay home if you’re feeling sick. 6. If you’re sneezing or coughing, cover your face with a tissue and immediately discard the tissue in the trash. 7. Please don’t think it is rude, not to shake someone’s hands.
