Monroe County has moved into the Yellow Phase. Middle Smithfield Township parks remain open for passive recreation such as walking on trails and enjoying natur...e. The parks are not available for events or gatherings at this time. Park visitors should continue to follow all social distancing guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, along with all other guidance prescribed by the CDC. Please continue to: 1) Avoid gathering in groups of larger than 10 people 2) Avoid gathering with people who do not live with you 3) Maintain at least six (6) feet of distance with others 4) Avoid high traffic areas, including playgrounds and pavilions if possible. Always use hand sanitizer before and after you are in these areas. 5) Stay home if you are sick 6) Wear a mask when interacting with others
