Our first-ever Boro Sip N Stroll was a smash success! Thanks to our brewers, Lake House and JanZell Wines, our awesome volunteers, our bands and the great strollers who had fun and enjoyed a very spirited day in the Boro!
Advance tickets for today's stroll are available online until 10 a.m. A limited number will be sold at the door. We will take cash or card. Remember that the stroll starts at Main Street Park, 25 E. Main St.

Ben Gsell and John Baumgardner of the Borough of Waynesboro hang flowers on the light pole near Frank's Pizza on the square in downtown Waynesboro on Friday morning. The flowers are part of Mainstreet Waynesboro's Flower Patrol, which is coordinated by the Morningstar family, and funded by the generous members of the community, and Ocker Accountants and Consultants. #borostrong
Eight days til the market opens! We have nearly 40 vendors registered for opening day!
Hello again! Updated flier for our first Downtown Window StoryWalk! Thanks to Be the Village program at the Waynesboro Area School District, we will have snowman craft kits as well as books and hot chocolate at Saturday's kickoff!
Thanks to the dozens of families who turned out for our first Downtown Window StoryWalk with Waynesboro Area School District's Be the Village program on Saturday. We had more than 60 children participate on this brisk, but beautiful day to read There Was a Cold Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow. The story boards will remain up until we put a new book up in February. Free books and snowman kits will be available while supplies last at Mainstreet Waynesboro, 13 W. Main St., and Warner's Old-fashioned Soda Shoppe, 88 W. Main St. #borostrong

Elsa and Anna of Arendelle saved the day (and the kingdom, again) on Saturday at the Waynesboro Theatre with help from more than 100 audience goers and students from Waynesboro Area Senior High School Class of 2022. "Frozen 2" was hosted by the Waynesboro Community Theatre Project and was sponsored by our good friends at F&M Trust in Waynesboro. "Elf" and "Love Actually" are next up. Good morning, Waynesboro. Thanks to everyone who helped Mainstreet's efforts in being awarded two Townie awards for 2020. Thanks to Marcus Cooley for being a great intern, as well as all the volunteers and donors to the One Brick at a Time campaign! Thanks also to Pennsylvania Downtown Center for the honors, and for recognizing the efforts of our downtown nonprofit organizations!
Thanks to teacher Heidi Shaull's class for their continued partnership with Mainstreet Waynesboro. Last week, the students and staff from Waynesboro Area Senior High School helped clean Waynesboro Theatre and decorate the new Christmas tree in the lobby. Thank you! The tree was donated by our friends at Lowe's Home Improvement of Waynesboro. Together we are stronger! #borostrong #OnlyintheBoro Waynesboro Community Theatre Project
Now more than ever is the time to support our local businesses, especially our family-owned bars and restaurants who lost their dine-in abilities starting today for the next three weeks. The I Love the Boro Gift Cards for Later program provides a safe and easy way to support your favorite places now, today, pronto, and helps ensure they will be around tomorrow, too! Got to mainstreetwaynesboro.org for more details.
