I am comfortable with treating women in all stages of pregnancy. I use specially designed cushions to make stomach lying comfortable and safe. No rotation of the pelvis or midsection is administered to pregnant women in my office. Have a more comfortable pregnancy with chiropractic care.
Yummy black bean and potato burritos. My secret to great burritos? Chipotles in adobo sauce. Just one pepper and a teaspoon of the sauce transforms the burritos.

Mark has been on a cabbage kick lately. I blame it on his Irish heritage. But, although this meal was inspired by cornbeef and cabbage, it makes me think of something to eat at a german beerfest. You may think tofu is just tasteless and spongy but these baked sticks are a great texture for spicy mustard sauce. No beef and cabbage: chop 1 onion, 1/2 head of cabbage, 3 carrots and 3 small russet potatoes into large ppieces. Boil in 1 quart veggie broth, 2 quarts water, seas...oned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Boil until carrots are tender, strain and serve. Hot and sweet tofu sticks: cut one block of pressed, extra firm tofu in fish stick shapes. Toss gently in olive oil, the season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 425 about 25 minutes. For the sauce, mix a 1:1 ratio of spicy brown mustard and maple syrup. Drizzle over the baked tofu or use as a dipping sauce. If you like honey mustard, l This is so much better.

Mashed sweet potatoes with sauteed baby bok choy and maple-mustard tofu riblets. Mashed Sweets: peel and chop 2 medium sweet potatoes or 1 large and boil in a saucepan until tender. Drain and return to pot. Mash with 1 Tablesppon plant butter. Sauteed Bok Choy: in a saute pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 handfuls of baby bok choy with the tough end cut off. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add 1/4 cup veggie broth and cook until fork tender.

Leftover Thanksgiving potato pumpkin knish with boiled cabbage and carrots. Knish are time consuming to make but the recipe makes enough for a few meals for us and they are so good when reheated.
