This is a video clip from Sensei Marilyn Fierro's TV Show Taking Charge that originally aired around 2000 or so. I made this small clip from the show back in 2...002 when videos were tiny on the internet. I fixed it up a bit. It features Sensei Chuck Merriman (Goju Ryu) doing a seminar on Self Defense. Very informative and great advice for Any Style or system. He discusses the mental aspect of a realistic situation and balance. See more
