We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic, dog lover to join our staff as a Front Office Manager. Duties will include but are not limited to: Answering a multiple-line phone system Checking and return voicemails in a timely manner Making appointments/reservations in our database... Greeting clients, checking them in and out Handling complaints and specific customers requests Filing paperwork Taking payments in person and over the phone Light cleaning duties as needed Double checking timesheets and submitting to management Various other daily/weekly tasks as assigned by General Manager Desired Skills: Comfortable multi tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. phone systems and printers) Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills High School diploma; additional certification is a plus A typical work week is between 35-40 hours. Some weekends and holidays required. Pay is dependent upon experience.
