***Press Release*** Nature of Offense: Search Warrant/Narcotic Arrest Location: Hanover Township/Newport Township/Nanticoke Date: February 22, 2021 Subject: Jamaree Henson a.k.a. Chicago, 38 yrs of Robert Street, Newport Township, Pa ... Incident Details: On February 22, 2021 at approx. 7:15 am hours, a search warrant was served at the subjects, Henson, residence on Robert Street, Newport Township by members of the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, Hanover Twp. Narcotics Unit and officers with the Nanticoke/Newport Twp. Police Departments. Seized in the search warrant was U.S. Currency, fentanyl, marijuana, marijuana oil, THC edible products of gummy bears/hearts, brownies, Fruity Pebbles bars, graham bars and THC butter. Drug paraphernalia of a digital scale, plastic bags, plastic containers w/lids and the molds to make the THC butter and gummy bears was also seized. Due to the location of the seized items the subject was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children (3 counts). The search warrant stems from narcotics operations conducted in Hanover Township, Nanticoke and Newport Township. The subject was arraigned before District 11-3-02 Judge, D. Whittaker, Nanticoke and bail was set at $250,000.00 straight cash. The subject was then transported to the Luzerne County Prison. Effective at 6:00 p.m. on December 16, 2020, Mayor Coughlin has declared a State of Emergency in the City of Nanticoke. A travel ban is in effect until further notice, except for Emergency and Essential Personnel.

Subject: Tedd Eldridge 43 yrs., of Lincoln Ave., Nanticoke, Pa Stephania Danko 31 yrs., of Lincoln Ave., Nanticoke, Pa Incident Details: A joint narcotics operation was conducted with the Luzerne County Drug Task Force, Hanover Township Narcotics Unit and the Nanticoke Police Department. Narcotics operations conducted by the Drug Task Force/Hanover Twp. Narcotics Unit led to the serving of a Search Warrant at the subjects Lincoln Avenue, Nanticoke City address. Seized during the Search Warrant was $12,208.00 cash, 887 packets of fentanyl stamped New Law and Amazon, stolen firearm, cell phones, marihuana and digital scales. The subjects were arraigned before District 11-3-02 Judge D. Whittaker and bail was set at $250,000.00 10% each. The subjects were transported to the Luzerne County Prison.
