Sermon Questions We are continuing our sermon series Encounters with Jesus. For our families who are worshiping online this week, we have prepared four sermon questions for you to review with your children following the service. Ask your children these questions as you process today's message: Pastor Mark talks about a danger, a design, a decision and a destiny in this week's sermon.... 1) What is the danger? 2) What is God's design for us? 3) What decision is He asking us to make? 4) What is our destiny?

Sermon Activities Each week, we send our Kids' Kingdom parents an email with various activity pages related to the upcoming sermon. You can also find the resources here. We'll have one folder for the current pages, and a separate folder where we archive pages from previous weeks.

Sermon Questions For our families who are worshiping online this week, ask your children these questions as you process today's message: 1) What were some of the ways dinnertime in Jesus’ day was different than today? (big parties were open to the public since they were in the courtyard; they ate reclining on dinner couches; they picked seats in order of age and importance)... 2) What were the three main ways you welcomed an important guest to dinner at your house in the time of Jesus? (kiss on both cheeks, water to wash feet, oil to anoint their head) 3) What would it look like for you to welcome Jesus each day in your life?

Sermon Questions Use these questions to discuss today's message with your kids: What is regret?... The Bible says some people will experience regret and others joy when Jesus comes again. Talk about the differences in those two reactions and why that might be. If you belong to Jesus, you will feel gratitude and joy when He comes again. Talk to your parents about how you came to belong to Him.
