While fixing a customer's computer, a netgear genie box kept popping up stating high traffic. The customer had called netgear a few days ago and they told her they could fix the problem for 120.00. I looked at the program today and found a setting that all you have to do is uncheck it....once again another scam from another big company !! Just wanted to give everbody a heads up.
