I AM ENOUGH!!! Good morning folks!! For those of you that don't know me...my name is Beth and I am the owner of New Beginnings Therapeutic Massage and Spa...and I want to share my story! For the last 20-25 years I suffered from depression, most of the time severe depression. A lot of days I fought to get myself out of bed, I faked a smile everyday (if you do know me that is all you got...a smile, because I didn't feel like you deserved anything less than a smile!). It can b...e exhausting putting a show on the outside but beating yourself up on the inside...day in and day out. I started wearing rings and shirts that had the slogan I am Enough on them, I started affirming that phrase...just to try to believe it. Finally over this quarantine I had time to stop what I was doing (as did most of us), I had time to reflect on who I am, what I am, what I have accomplished and accept me for me. So for the first time in 43 years I could say I AM ENOUGH and finally believe it!!! I AM strong enough! I AM beautiful enough! I AM thin enough!! (definitely fluffy enough also!) I AM smart enough! I AM ENOUGH darn it!!! I hope you wake up every day and can say the same thing...and if you cant...start saying it until it becomes natural and you believe it!!! You ARE enough!!! Sooo...what is your story???
