There are days I become overwhelmed with pride and tonight was one of those nights. In the eyes of adversity we don’t quit. In the grip of disaster we fight. We are the family that kick and stick together. I care for my students very much and when they train harder or just as hard in their living room as they would on the mat, It brings me to the realization that they are true leaders and that we lead together. I want to send a big Tang Soo to all our students and their families for continuing to fight through the current adversity. This showed them Perseverance that they will only come understand as young men and women. What we teach our students they will never stop learning from. These tenets follow us through our entire lives. Stay safe and let’s keep working toward the goal of being the best we can be. Master Jay

Families! Here is our Annual VIP Contest information. This contest is very fun every year we have it. This Year we have added more prizes, giving our students more chances to win. Saturday’s Belt Graduation was really amazing! I am so grateful for how great it turned out. Thank you to everyone who came out this holiday weekend to celebrate our student’s accomplishments. It is so great to receive something like this in our inbox. A student helping her friends develop their skills through a facetime lesson. This is Riya she started as a little Ninja and is now in Junior rank working toward her goal of Black Belt. She has always had a great smile on her face. I brought this to everyone's attention oin class because this is the ultimate sign of a good leader , One who shares their knowledge to make others better. Great Job! Riya !!!!!

New indoor and online schedule

Just wanted to say how extreme proud I am of my students. The level of engagement in classes today was high and I love to see the wheels in my students heads turning. I truly love what I do and live for days such as today. I know I don't express things like this very often but I truly do love our school. No matter weather its inside a building or on a computer screen its the students, teachers and families that make it feel like a home away from home. And just like any home w...e go through our trials but its seeing things through that brings us closer together. I truly miss seeing many of you in person but appreciated seeing your face and hearing your voices on the screen. I rely on the tenet of perseverance to get us through this. I know it has been hard for many of us but I am lucky to have you to keep- my head up. I hope this brief letter reaches you. Please be safe. Thank you for trusting in us. Thank you for your patience. First day back !!

Friday's online zoom classes are still on for tomorrow. No worries Friday and Saturday Outdoor Classes Times !!!! ... OUTDOOR TRAINING SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: Friday: 5pm Intermediate and advance Leadership team outdoor training. Saturday: 9:15 Little Ninjas 10:00 Junior Beginners white/orange/yellow Ages 6-12 11:00 Junior Advanced Green and above ages 6-12 12:00 Teens and Adults all ranks We will have outdoor classes on the lawn behind the school. We will run according to our regular class schedule. We will be practicing 6' social distancing which will be denoted by orange cones. Students may wear their traditional or summer uniform. Sneakers and masks for students and instructors will be mandatory. Keeping with all safety measures there will be no contact between students and instructors. Parents will be able to bring beach chairs and have a section to watch. No need to worry about attendance cards, we will mark all attendance on a master sheet. Get ready for an awesome workout! We can't wait to see you there! More Outdoor and Indoor classes to be announced. We are opening for classes. Guidelines and drop off protocol will be announced. Hello Families, This Year's 2020 Karate Summer camp looks very different from years prior but with more learning and fun. Only 12 students can participate in this year's camp and 6 have already registered. We will be following guidelines to keep our students and instructors safe. The window of opportunity will close Friday at 12pm. This Camp include 2 classes a day to really sharpen their skills. Along with earning a stripe at the end of the week. Summer Camp Alert: We will be holding our 2020 Summer Camp this year with some new changes. The first guideline we will be following is Social Distancing along with a few other important guidelines. With that in mind only 12 students can register. Registration will open Tuesday at 12 pm and close Friday 12 pm. So if you are interested it will be important to act right away. ... I will be emailing out a Camp schedule of what will be happening everyday and the Guidelines we will be abiding by. I will be updating Facebook with photos of every update made to the school leading up to the camp. Pictures of Filtration system, Deep Cleaning of Mats, Grid to identify students assign spaces, and other required guidelines.
