North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club

Dear Club Families, Friends and Community, During this health crisis, our nation continues to face unprecedented challenges as we look towards the start of the school year and we understand the implications these have on your family. The North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club continues to work tirelessly with our partners, local school districts, health care providers, government officials and other organizations to determine how we can best serve Club youth and families now and... in the future. Because the safety of young people, our staff and volunteers is always our top priority, the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club will continue to remain CLOSED until December 31,2020. At that time, the situation will be reevaluated to determine the safest course of action for the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club. Beginning the week of September 14th, individual clubs will offer Zoom study halls one day a week for prior homework room students to join in for fun, supportive activities and a chance to connect with Club Directors. If you were previously enrolled in the homework program, please follow along on your Club’s Facebook page for registration instructions which will be posted August 28th. Virtual Club programs will begin the week of September 28. Program information will be posted the first week of September. There will a variety of fun and entertaining activities for all ages. In the meantime, we are advising all our Club staff, families, and youth to continue to take precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We greatly appreciate your understanding and support of our efforts to keep kids, their families, Club staff, and our community safe. As always, we place the safety of our Club members, staff, volunteers and families at the highest level. We know that we will get through this together and encourage everyone to be kind and compassionate to one another during this season of uncertainty.
