* * Alumni Accomplishments * * Congratulations to Frank Antuono, NHS graduate and Westminster College senior! Meet Frank Antuono, one of 10 students selected for a 2020 Summer Research Fellowship. Frank, a senior business administration and sports management major from New Castle, Pennsylvania, is the first School of Business major to earn a summer fellowship. Under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Zullo, associate professor of business, Frank researched sponsorship initiative possibilities for Westminster College athletics. Frank is a captain on the football team and a member of the Westminster College Football Leadership Council.

* * Alumni Accomplishments * * Neshannock High graduate Marissa Kirkwood is off to a strong start in the 120th U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship. The Golf Channel will televise the tournament Wednesday through Sunday, running from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Friday, The Golf Channel will air its coverage from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday it will televise the tournament from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The championship match will be broadcast from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sund...ay. Let’s go, Marissa!

* * Alumni Accomplishments * * Congratulations, Aaron Viggiano - NHS Class of 2016! Aaron Viggiano, son of Michael and Dr. Lynn Colaiacovo Viggiano, graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College.... A chemistry major, Viggiano was a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society in social sciences, Phi Sigma biological sciences honor society and the National Society of Leadership and Success. He was vice president of Gamma Sigma Epsilon national chemistry honor society. Aaron was a dean’s list scholar each semester as well as the recipient of the undergraduate award in physical chemistry, the Roy W. Sontag Chemistry Award, the Society for Applied Spectroscopy Undergraduate Research Award and the Greek Man of the Year Student Engagement Award. While at W&J, Viggiano served as the scholarship chair and the chapter vice president of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Aaron will attend the University of Pittsburgh, studying in the master of science in health informatics program. Additionally, he continues to serve Neshannock Township Education Foundation as an honorary trustee.
