Please. It’s really not that hard to just be a kind human. The amount of nasty, and downright mean phone calls we get, whether it’s because we can’t get them in when they want, or they don’t like our prices or our cancellation policy, or they booked for the wrong service and we don’t have the time to accommodate what they want, is honestly appalling. These past few weeks in particular have been very trying. I’m not sure what’s going on and why there has been a surge in this lately, but try to be the good in the world. Nothing gets accomplished when you scream at us on the phone. We are doing our best. We are human. So please, in a world where you can be anything, choose to be kind.
