Racing Season is Here!!! Time to stock up Come and get your Racing E98 for only $3.49 per gal (no min purchase required- buy as little as 1/2 gal)... ***Tentative Event Schedule*** 7 am - Gates Open and Registration/Tech Starts 8:30 am - Drivers Meeting Next to the Bathrooms 9 am - Racing Starts ... 12:30 pm - Regular Roll Racing Halts for 30 mins, Car Show Judging Begins 12:45 pm - PRO Eliminations Start 1 pm - Regular Roll Racing Begins (Pro is mixed in) 3:45 pm - Last Call for Roll Racing 4 pm - Roll Racing is over. Track prepped for Dig Racing 4:20 pm - Dig Racing Starts and Runs till Track says we have to stop. Below is a layout. Upper Staging area will be reserved for Sponsor Cars/Rigs etc. Once all the sponsors are in then I will fill the rest up then we will transition to the lower staging area (other side of the wall for those that are familiar). If you are a privateer and get in early you can pick where ever you want on the low side.. Some of you are MGR regulars and have your favorite spots etc. So you do you. The Live Ranking TVs will be on a table near the concession stand. Thats the only place with WiFi so thats where the Computer and the TVs have to be. When you Tech in, you will be given your number. White number for regular, Chrome Green for Pro. Please put them on the upper Left corner of your windshield so we can see them from the Tower. Tip for securing the vinyls, clean the shit out of your windshield and put it on evenly and smooth out any air bubbles. You will tell us what categories you are competing in (check all that apply to your car) And we will put you in the system. After that just hang tight, check in, take pics etc. You will get your time slips from the staff member on the return route. Couple Updates guys and girls. Racers will be permitted to leave trailers etc at the track the night before. This also means youll be able to Tech your cars in ...and get your numbers on your cars and in our system to avoid the morning rush. If you do this, you can just roll in at 9am and start racing instead of the whole ass crack of dawn thing. We may do some testing of the system (ranking and timing) the night before as well, that is subject to change tho per the track. Also pro guys, winners of each race are NOT determined by your trap speed...Its who crosses the line first from a fair start (within 1 car length). Remember, testing from 9-12 then pro eliminations start at lunch while regular roll racing is on the 30 min lunch break. 345pm is last call for roll racing, then we switch the timing system over, reprep the track and get to the dig racing! The dig racing we do now is the ground work for future events and hosting competitive 1/4 mile drag. We will dig race until roughly 530-6pm. Enjoy some winners from previous events!
