I have never been in trouble before so the whole process with my case was very scary for me and he guided me through the DUI process and helped me get into the ARD program. He was always available to talk and answer any questions that I had day or night. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He is known and respected in the Chester County Court System. His knowledge of what I was facing and his preparation for helping me move forward was excellent and I am very satisfied with the result of my case. After a full hearing on the case, Omnis criminal defense attorney Steven Pacillio was able to expose the weakness of the prosecution's case. On cross-examination of the Commonwealth's forensic expert, Attorney Pacillio was able to show that there was no evidence proving that his client committed any of the acts alleged. This is a review that I just received from a recent client of mine. It's humbling to know that I can actually make a difference.... An OMNIS client had recently been charged with over 20 Felony counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property and other related offenses stemming from the theft of almost 50K in public funds. The client was facing a maximum exposure of multiple decades in prison.
