Are these assholes really freaking serious??? We have people being homeless, we have the elderly being abused, we have schools being shot up, we have kids being bullied, we have our military personnel overseas, we have our law enforcement and emergency Personnel risking their lives every single day for our safety...... and yet we have assholes bitching and going to the news about Hershey Kisses tips being broken off and ruining the presentation of cookies!! That makes news Worthy??? Are you fucking serious!!! Wow we truly live in a screwed-up world!! -Regina

Don't forget tomorrow night (Monday) is the Mount Carmel Borough Meeting at 7PM so those that want to voice their concerns come to voice them. I will be going as well. The Chief of Police The Mayor and Code Officer will all be in one room. Let your voice be heard :-)

NOTICE TO TENANTS --- FOR THOSE THAT THE WATER IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT: [Make sure you have a lease signed with your landlord and or property manager that states water is included]... At NO GIVEN TIME should your landlord/property manager have the water turned off if this is included in your rent! EVEN IF you are behind in your rent payment. Your landlord/property manager CAN NOT have this turned off. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!They would need to file Court proceedings to do so legally! And if they do so legally they then can have your home / apartment condemned and/ or have such property listed as inhabited. Also which means that they can revoke your occupancy permit to the residence of which you reside in. To my understand of what I was told last night -This was a recent case at the apartment building in Mt. Carmel In one of the apartments of people I moved in prior to me moving out. Code enforcement got involved and told them that was against the law for them to do this to these tenants! I hope the tenants who experienced this file a court proceeding against this property manager because this should not have occurred whatsoever! In order to be a property manager you must know the laws of what you can and cannot do and obviously this property manager did not know the laws therefore that is why code enforcement did get involved! Other incidents from which I've been told this new property manager loves to bully the tenants around as well. Tenants need to stand up for your rights! Just want to give people a heads up and advice on this subject. If anyone else is having problems at this apartment complex don't hesitate to contact me. I love hearing how much of a shit hole this building is turning into since I left.... I will always help my tenants that are getting screwed over. I just wish my better tenants didn't have to deal with all the bs though -thats the sad part :-( Always get things in writing. Get proof, take pictures, have Witnesses and if it comes down to it make sure if you do call the police get a police report. Although from my personal experience I know sometimes that could be impossible getting a police report from Mount Carmel Borough make sure you at least jot down the officer's name that responded, the date and the time of when the police arrived and what the outcome was. This way if and when you do go to court regarding any issues you have this available to you for you to refresh your memory. Just me ~~~~ Regina

Well as my good friend Peter Saccomanno did tell me and gave me heads up that there would be repercussions down the road with my "Slumlord page" he was right! Seems as though because I want to have a voice for Tenants who are getting screwed over by "SLUMLORDS" NOT and I repeat NOT from investors who do care and fix their properties- I am now being discriminated because I want to start a Protest against Such SLUMLORDS! Whatever happen to the First Amendment- Freedom of Speech...? It is not "Slander" if you can prove you are being screwed over and a "Slumlord" is being of that a "SlumLord" I was told to stop posting on Northumberland County Slumlords because its "Just not right"!! AND now... all kidding aside....consequently the repercussions of me starting that page have started. Looks like a call into My one attorney is needed... Because I'm not backing down! I have "REAL INVESTORS" who are being put out by these so called "SLUMLORDS"- I have Tenants who are renting by "SLUMLORDS" that are being treated worse then animals, and they need direction of what to do, and how to do things to speak up... Then I have "SLUMLORDS" who go crying like babies to their friends/family to make many calls to make my life hell.... Guess what though... I'M NOT backing down!!.... I've only JUST BEGUN!
