Good Morning, Friends. This passed weekend a serious matter was brought to our attention. There is a local family who is facing a scary situation. A beautiful, young girl from our area has a life-threatening disease. Many people want to rally around the family and give them as much support as possible. Oftentimes that means they need finances to ease their worries. We want to get involved too. We will be donating 20% of our income in March to the family. There is also going t...o be a very friendly event at our gym, a charity lift, that several of our young men from the gym are organizing. This is very important, please get involved. There are many donation containers in our small mountain towns for you to drop in extra change you have. Any events that are happening to benefit this family, please post them here on the gym page. The circuit system has been installed in the little gym. A special thank you to two great friends and gym members who helped move older, heavier machines into the big gym and put these ones in the small gym!!

The small gym now has a full line of circuit training hydraulic equipment and step boxes. Pictures will be posted soon. Thank you.

Tim and I want to express gratitude to so many of our gym members. You are excellent people. We have our driveway rebuilt from the rainfalls and flooding we experienced the two prior years and we are really humbled and touched that you all kept coming to the gym during that time period. A couple of weeks ago, we experienced more flooding, and it was in our big gym! A few members helped Tim remove the water and you helped clean up the place. Tim dug a drain ditch and we hope it doesn’t happen again. We just want you to know that we are very proud of you all, you’ve been so kind to us and very respectful to our property. We are very thankful!
