Want a fresh start for the new year? Bring in the New Year with new music and different tunes. Cantor Shapiro will be mixing it up with tunes not often or ever heard at PJC at our New Year's Eve Kabbalat Shabbat this week. Catchy, zippy, novel-- he is going thru a repertoire he hasn't done in long while. Just when you think it’s gone too far, he'll cap off the evening with a few holiday songs, old chestnuts we can all sing together after the service. Don’t be afraid to bring your favorite hat or costume to be a little festive and ring in the year.
