I’m taking this Covid19 thing very seriously. It’s my responsibility to protect the health of my family and my customers. I will be doing a very limited amount of non contact, emergency only service calls until the infection rate slows down. Annual maintenance visits will begin as soon as things return to normal. Until then- no mask, no service. Thank you .

Power loss from storms always makes my phone ring. Here’s what I tell everyone. Do you have an old thermostat and/ or old air conditioner? Switch the system setting to off until power is restored. It’s not the power outage that kills air conditioner parts. It’s usually when it comes back on that the damage is done. Do you have a new thermostat? Expect your air conditioner to have a delayed start when the power returns. Most modern thermostats have a 10 minute delay built into them to protect your compressor. Some air conditioner equipment also has a safety delay. It can be confusing when everything turns back on except your air conditioner. Be patient and don’t touch any buttons.
