We are pleased to present the February Gold Card Award to our very special Arielle Roberts! Arielle has spent her years in medical school passionate about serving the community through her work with the GHHS as well as American Medical Women's Association. As a 2nd year student, Arielle was elected as the National Student Chair of the American Women's Hospitals Service (AWHS). In this role, she helps to fundraise and distribute grants that support free clinics, healthcare in...itiatives and community service trips for women and children across the globe. One of the major clinics that AWHS supports is the Engeye Clinic, located in rural Uganda. Their mission is to compassionate healthcare, quality education and economic opportunity for women and children in the Ugandan community. Arielle has continued to be a leader and a mentor in AMWA while serving as a role model for younger women aspiring to join the medical field. She hopes to continue giving back to the community as she moves forward in her career towards residency! Arielle, we are so proud of you! It has been such an honor to work alongside you this past year. Our GHHS Chapter has been forever blessed with your positive attitude, dedication, hard work, kindness and compassion in every aspect of your life! Keep on shining girl!

Today we congratulate our Trivia Tuesday winners, and thank all that donated and helped to support our fundraising efforts! Together we were able to raise over $100 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Susan G. Komen Foundation on #GivingTuesday. Amazing things can happen when you come together!
