Fun fact: Pumpkins are a good food source of B vitamins.B vitamins support many cells and functions in our body from our hair, skin & nails, to our blood, brain and DNA. ... Chia seeds are a superfood that support our brain and heart health. They are a good source of plant protein, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids. Pumpkin Chia Pudding: Combine all ingredients below in blender. - 1 cup organic pumpkin purée -1 cup organic Oat Milk or almond - 1/4 cup organic chia seeds - 1/4 cup organic maple syrup - 1 Tbsp of organic coconut sugar -1 to 1.5 tsp of organic pumpkin pie spice Blend, taste and adjust as needed. Pour pudding into bowl and place in refrigerator to chill. Serve when chilled. Optional: Layer or top with organic homemade or store bought coconut whip cream and pecans.
